Merci, Silver <3
I'm with you Nikki, I definitely prefer Slash.
I always sound like an obsessive fan girl when I talk about him, but who cares, I love him and I worship everything he touches.
He is an amazing guitarist and was part of one of my favourite bands of all time [Guns N' Roses]. He has collaborated with /many/ artists which shows versatility - but he has kept true to Slash throughout. His guitar riffs are instantly recognisible, he has a signature style with obvious blues influences but yet every riff is different...
He's just an amazing man, he is what rock n roll is all about!
[I'll stop babbling now]
Thanks for asking, Slash questions make me smile inside, ha.

Slash is a great guitarist but a drunk, and it has hurt his career. I've seen him guest with many bands, and with GNR, and always got the feeling he has more talent than he lets out.
Sebastian is an excellent lead singer, and a rock star in the true sense of the word. Did you see the reality TV show with him? It was great, and really showed the nuts and bolts of being in a band (a lot more boring that you would think actually - it's a lot of hard work and it's VERY hard to make everybody happy all the time, in fact impossible!)
It was cool when Ted Nugent sat him down and said "look, dude, you've got to get your drinking under control" and the following day, Sebastian was out jogging in the mountains and saying "God, it's the morning and I don't have a hangover! I feel great!" I wonder if he stuck with it.

OH MAN.
No question! Slash is by far the better rock star. He has the swagger, the look, the attitude, and most importantly, the skill. Bach ain't bad, but I mean come on, he's not Slash.

Well I do love Sebastian Bach, but when I see him now he makes me a little sad. Another wonderful rocker gone down the tubes :(
Slash on the otherhand is just awesome!!! He still has that rock star air about him. He is still awesome. Bach just makes me think of when he used to be awesome....

Slash is definitely more talented, so I would have to classify his as more of a 'true' rock star.
Does Sebastian Bach even play an instrument? Being the lead singer of a mediocre 80's/90's hair band doesn't give your 'rock star' status in my mind.
If it did, someone could argue that the Nelson Twins were rock icons. Of course, they are not.

Slash, without a doubt. He's seems more laid back whereas Sebastian Bach acts like a spoilt brat. At least that's the impression i got from watching Supergroup on VH-1

Sebastian, he is amazing... still after all these years. I do love Slash too, but Sebastian. It's kind of odd that you're having an argument over a lead singer and a lead guitar though...

In terms of success and longevity, Slash wins hands down.
In terms of talent... well, that becomes a matter of opinion. I don't know enough about what each contributed to the band (song writing credits, etc), so I wouldn't venture to say who's 'better'.

I'd go with Sabastian Bach, although Slash is an awesome lead guitarist.
I have a feeling that the majority of people are going to pick Slash though.
