I bought an LTA yesterday and he is stationed on the corner part of my hexagonal tank. Should I move him or just let him be.

Anemones will travel a lot when you first put them in the tank. Each has specific needs as far as lighting, current, and position as far as any other stinging-celled animals (they are capable of stinging each other and will also produce chemicals to keep others from growing too close and competing for food and light). And they have preferences for substrate with some wanting to attach in crevices in rocks while others need soft, rounded sand. Even if you were to move it, it would just move again on its own while seeking out a place it likes.

One word of caution when keeping these - keep your filter and powerhead intakes covered with foam or a piece of nylon hose or old aquarium net so you don't wake up one morning to find your anemone stuck inside your filter or it's tentacles severed.

If you don't like your anemone on the glass it would be preferable to persuade it to move itself, you could try directing a flow of water from a power head/filter outlet in it's direction (but not directly at it) anemones will stay in any location it is happy with so therefore you need to make it unhappy with the location it is in. Under no circumstances should it be forced off the glass as this would cause it serious injury.

If you move him, he will more than likley move himself to a Place Where HE likes anyways.
I would leave him, There is no harm to him being on the glass.
Most LTA's like to burrow themselves into the substrate so I would say chances are he will eventually do that.

let him be. i see no harm on having the anenome on your tanks side, i had one that was like that. also, handling them has much more of a potiental to kill them (you'll be fine if you do), which we obviously dont want.
