Your money can go a long way at McDonalds. If you have a low paying job and not a lot of funds, you are tired after work, and the very easy, simply solution even though everyone knows it is unhealthy, is McDonald's
People eat at McDonalds for the same reason people smoke. They know it is bad for their body, but they like it and they don't think about the negitives while they are consuming the burger or the cigarrette.

because most US citizens are lazy.
i am a US citizen, and yes i do admit that im not the most active person, and i have gone to mcdonalds many a time, but i dont go there anymore.
people go there because it is inexpensive food that you can get through a drive-thru, so they dont even have to get out of the car.
mcdonalds isnt really all that popular anymore, after the whole "supersize me" thing, but people are so ignorant to think that its only mcdonalds that is unhealthy, so they go to KFC instead, thinking its healthier, but in reality KFC is so much worse than mcdonalds.
so the main reason is because its convenient and inexpensive

Its popular everywhere in the world. And its because it has been her for the longest. It had a cartoon show too! Because Jack in the box hasnt been here for that long, but Mcdonalds has so that is why its popular.

cheap price and very popular in US. And in Thailand are very popular too. They have several McDonald in Bangkok. They have once in the mall in near Downtown Bangkok. There is very popular place in Bangkok.

because of all of the mcdonalds and since the kids's usual first words are mcdonalds (its true) parents will usually buy them. also its really popular because of all the advertising they have and because the mcdonalds owner is filthy rich.

Because over half of Americans are over weight and McDonalds has so much sugar and fat in thier food that it becomes an addiction. The bigger you are, the more you eat and its easy to get McDonalds because it's on every street corner in America.

I think its the conveinience, the fact that it is cheap, the fact that it satisfy our junk food cravings and the familiarity it presents. Everywhere you go you know that you can order a Big Mac and it will be the same.

Beats me..it's the most unhealthiest food in the world. I haven't touched it in over 10 years...then again, I'm not American, and I'm a health nut in great shape.
