Since Victoria is longer, I like a one- or two-syllable middle name with it. I also like a repeated "R" sound:
Victoria Rose
Victoria Grace
Victoria Rae
Victoria Jane
Victoria Anne
Victoria Joan (old-fashioned and uncommon)
Victoria Regan
Victoria Jasmine
Victoria Katherine
It also depends on how it fits with your last name. If your last name is one syllable, I would choose a two-syllable middle name. If your last name is longer, I would go with the short, one-syllable middle name.
Good luck! I hope this helps!
