my bf always lick my "exit" and I always use an enema (he dont know) to be super cleansed, is this ok

First of all, GROSS...I don't know why someone would want to lick there...but from a medical standpoint an occasional enema will not harm you at all. You don't want to do it too often though, or you could develop problems having bowel movements normally. I'd limit it to once or twice a week at the MOST.

I would just wash the area real good, my hubby has done this a few times, makes me a little uncomfortable, but just wash up real good, there won't be any poop right inside, only gets that close when you are going, I wouldn't bother with the whole enema thing.

enemas are not a idea. at least not to use often. they can push bacteria (and other "stuff") way up inside and that can be harmful..
All you have to do is just take a really good shower before hand. And if you are not clean enough.. just tell him no.

Yeah, as long as you don't do it too often. If you did it every day, then you might develop a dependency on it.
