Service Engine Light came on - Rough Idle, hesitation when gas pedal pressed. Took the truck to shop. Replaced spark plugs, cleaned fuel system.
Truck still hesitates from a stop and in the 30-40 mph range. Feels like it misses sometimes when stopped at at a stop light in Drive. No miss when in Neutral. Service Engine Light has not come on.

I heard water in fuel, change the air filter, change the fuel filter.

yes , water ,air and fuel are good places to start. Most of us don't change those filters ofter enough anyway. Get some gasline antifreeze or ask your parts store for some good chemicals to get rid of any water. The gas we're getting now isn't the best, some has water "built it". After you've done those things and if it's still acting up, check for vacum leaks. Any one of those many, many lines under the hood or under the dash could cause the problems your are describing.
