i used bitsoirit to download movies before it was very fast a used to download in speed 165kb/s but now it is so slowely even if i download a movie with a lot seedr what happen why

It would be nice if you provided more info about your network.
Keep in mind that the server feeding the download often allocates its bandwidth among all subscribers, so as subscribers increase, the download per subscriber goes down. This can be the entire problem.
If you have a wireless network and have not invoked tight security, your problem may be that hackers are consuming a lot of your bandwidth. In this case you should invoke security and the problem will go away.
Also, with wireless, if you are in a different room than before the wireless link may be weaker and therefore slower.
Finally, did you do a download speed measurement? You should do this to quantify the actual speed so you are not guessing. There are numerous web sites that provide this service free. Measure your speed when no one else is on the LAN. If it is slower than advertised, contact your ISP as there may be problems there.

Check and i see if its limiting Download speed.
i use Azureus and i can limit it to as slow as 1Kb/S
also check for any programs running that might be slowing your download.

it slows down because thats illegal and the FBI is slowly hacking your computer to get ur IP address and tracking it to your home
