I'm a Muslim and I fast during the holy month of Ramadan. I'm OK with abstaining from food and water but this year, I participated in a youth camp where we stretched to our limits!

While fasting, we were on physical challenges where we did rock-climbing, dragon-boating, cycled 20 km over and other stuff. It was freaking hot and to sweat and go the distance while the sun was blasting full force in your face was tough. Once it was dusk, it was time to break our fast for the day and you should have seen how I chugged my drinks! ;D

So, after that explanation, my answer's 1 whole day. :)

Not very long. Usually at night when I am sleeping is the longest that I have ever gone without drinking anything.
