Almost all DS games have multiplayer! Okay here's a quick list of the many games with multiplayer capabilities:
Nintendogs (your dogs can interact with each other)
Mario Party DS (you can play minigames with other people, and compete in the board games as well)
Super Mario Bros (2 player, mario vs. luigi,)
Mario 64 DS
Diddy Kong Racing (race against friends...)
Animal crossing
