What Restaurant is the best when taking out someone special for dinner?

IN Dallas there are a few.
Lawry's The Prime Rib.
Three Forks
Del Frisco's
Ruths Chris
Bob's Steak and Chop House
the Palm.
I only go to these places maybe once a year or so. My favorite place to go is Abuelos Mexican Food Embassy. I go there about 5x a month.
All very good restaurants and chances are, if you are in a big town, you probably have one around you.
Also, Stuart Andersons--The Black Angus is a GREAT RESTAURANT!!!

Been going there for years, at least once or twice a month. Authentic Thai. Excellent and not expensive.

The one at the pub over the road from home.
Not very often.
If there was someone, I would suggest going there, but be receptive to their suggestion. You will want to take her/him to a restaurant that serves the type of food they want to eat, after all they are a special person to you.

I love Greek places, like "it's all greek to me" or "Koutouki", but it depends on where you are.
and it you like onions and other possibly stinky breath making foods. and the atmosphere is always fun.
i don't go too often right now, but in the past i used to go about twice a month.
if this person is special, then you might want to consider looking for a fine dining restaurant directory for your area to try out.

Cheives Bros. Steak House. Even though it's expensive it will definately do the job for a special dinner or romantic date.

ive only gone once in my life and am planning on going for my birthday its really nice
the foods beyond great!
for 6 people the food was about 200$
but for two its like 30-50 bucks!

Depends on where you live. If you ever find yourself in L.A., check out Cafe Vibrato.
It's really expensive so I can only go once a year if I am lucky!.
