Im going to get a new pair of bindings soon, and i've narrowed it down to either the Ride Ex's or one of Flow's binding models. What are your opinions on these?
Do flows hold up ok? Which has better comfort/response?
Thanks!

I hear a lot of people saying good things about Flow. Is there a way you can demo them? Try going to a shop that has demo or performance rentals since they will let you swap out the gear.

I don't know which Flow bindings that you are thinking about getting, so this is kind of like comparing apples to oranges.

The Ride EX is a great binding with high quality hardware and metal buckles with a street price of only about $100 - I really recommend them.

The Flow bindings are also very nice, but only if you get the high end models - and now you are talking at least twice the price. With the extra cost you get the convenice of step-in but I wouldn't recommend the low end versions of the Flow.

Good Luck

Don't go with Flows. The problems don't outweigh the advantages. Advantage=slightly faster strapping in sometimes. Disadvantage= Ice can form on the baseplate causing an improper fit, so either way, you have to re-adjust like regular bindings. The latch also wears out quickly too.

I've strapped in faster on my Missions than some guys on the mountain with their Flows.

Ride seems to have some good bindings out this season. I've heard a lot of positive feedback from their stuff.

Final Verdict-> Go with the Ride Ex's
