I know you've been breastfeeding so I can tell you that breastmilk up the nose does wonders! I know babies aren't too keen on having stuff put up their noses, but if you can express a little bit into a cup and use a dropper to put a couple of drops in each nostril, it really thins out the mucus. I used to use saline drops (A brand called Ocean), but breastmilk is free and works much better, for much longer! Try to suction out her nose a little bit after you put the milk in if you feel that she needs it. Otherwise, just drop in the milk and go!
Good luck - it's no fun to have a stuffed up baby!

I agree with emlynsmommy, breast milk up the nose every hour or so does wonders, and it's completely natural (and as stated, free). Also, if you stopped co-sleeping, bring the baby into bed with you! My son had to move out of our room earlier on (wouldn't go to sleep with others around), but when he's sick, he sleeps so much better naked up against me and my breast. There are Hyland's homeopathics available that help, but they contain lactose....so not vegan. Otherwise, you can't do much for you daughter (unless you choose to take the medicine route). You will have to just let her sniffles (maybe cold as well) run its course (babies were doing this long before Tylenol was invented and survived). After its all done, she will most likely sleep extra to make up for her lack of sleep during this time! Good Luck!

Have you tried steam? Put the shower on VERY hot and let the bathroom steam up. Stay in there for about 15 minutes twice a day. Also use Vicks Vapor Rub or anything minty.

Humidifier.... put it in whatever room she is in... I even use it now that I have a stuffy nose, and it helps :)
I wouldn't give her over the counter medicine its just a runny nose. Continue with the drops

Tylenol has an infant cold formla for nasal congestion. Check with your pediatrician first, but this worked for my kids. Also, sudafed has a vapor plug that you can plug into her room at night and the vapors will help clear her little nose.

saline drops and a bulb syringe. yes, they hate it, but its the only thing that helps. put a humidifier in her room with vicks in it, the vapors may help her nose open up.
