Good question Deepspace! I would have to say if the roles were reversed, a man. Every successful person whether they're athletes, footballers, singers, entertainers etc has a backroom staff who when they all combine as one unit, help to create that success. As a couple either married or just cohabs they support each other in their quest for success. One provides the vocal and visual display while the other contributes by soaking up all the distractions and negative vibes that may filter into their relationship. In todays demanding society I think women should be equally measured the same as men due to their multi task capabilities.

I think they just go toghether but having different natures, one gets the siritual part more "developed", becouse i just can't find a better word at this hour in the morning, that is the man and the other one gets the earthly part more pronounced, that is the woman! So is only natural that behind success, that has little to do with spirituality, there has to be a woman! And to answer your question, there is no one behind the woman becouse the man is at front, she as any meaningful force in nature works undiscovered ;) !

Self-confidence in the first place and strength in the second place... and the knowing that we must work twice as hard as any man to be fully accepted.
Most of successful woman do not have the luck to count on a man who stands by her side to support her emotionally, as most of the men are still too much of egoists to recognize a woman as equal.
You see this is another important difference, men expect a woman to stand behind them to support them invisibly from the shadow – women long for a man to stand by her side as an equal to give them emotional support openly.
Girls, there is still so much to do before we reach something similar to equality. But we are on our way and nobody will be able to stop us now.

Every successful man needs a muse, a 'lucky star' as Josephine was to Napoleon... (but Josephine had her lover, Hypolite Charlie to inspire her... haha). Joking aside, I'd say a successful woman needs to be ambitious in her own rite. If she has an unbridled passion for what she does, success will be sure to follow.

I haven't come across a lot of successful women apart from Oprah. I would say, in a woman's life, her family in general plays a crucial role.

I picture a well kept green grass lawn with a raised ranch behind and two kids playing with the dog next to the two cars in front of the garage.

it's just a cliche. i think success is really something that one has worked for, with the support of another being, may it be a man or a woman.

I can say in my case it was my father, as he made me believe I could do any job a man could do, and he gave me the push, the confidence I needed to be sucessful. I appreciate it so much. My husband admires me so much for like he says not being like other women.
