We're looking at about a 98% chance of more terrorist activity and attacks within our borders, with a Democrat in the White House....the terrorists are probably already planning the dates, since they know our security will immediately go down once the Presidency changes. So, I would think at least some Americans may be planning a little trip out of the country....probably mostly Democrats, so they cannot be blamed for any attack that happens.

Yahoo appears to be in the process of removing this question....guess they are afraid of it....anyway, I liked the answer best who mentioned that Democrats claim to believe in God, but do not live like it. Thanks for all your answers! Now, what are we going to do about Yahoo deleting legitimate questions?

Truthfully speaking, America is still the best and safest place to live. So I won't be leaving.
As we all can see though even that is changing.
After years of talking we sure know what these Democrats will do if elected President. But what we need is a Republican Congress who will be on top of that Democrate President ready to veto anything that would be a danger to the people and our Country.
The Government needs to turn America back to God and that includes all who opposes God and His Word. But that is one thing a Democrate will not do though they claim to be Christians. Their talk does not match their walk with God.

Honestly, the president himself cannot change the country much. However, because the congress is already Democrat, change could happen. Nevertheless, I won't flee the country. Where would I go? Canada and most of Europe is even more liberal. Everywhere else, the culture is too different from our own.

Silly question. No more than if a Republican is elected next year. The nation usually votes 50/50 among R's and D's in recent presidential elections.

I hope anyone who feels that way, does so. We've already seen how ready republicans are to serve their country in the military. Other than John McCain name one republican who served in a war zone, and currently holds elected or appointed office. Good luck with that.
Chicken hawks all, sending other people's loved ones to fight for Big Oil.
So go ahead and leave. Don't let the door hit you in the a$$ on the way out. We'll be just fine without you.

A person would have to be a stranger to reason to think their personal safety was in jeopardy because a Democrat is elected president.

No. If I was going to flee the country because of a president, I would have left when Bush became president both times.

As an American, how can you possibly leave this country? Only cowards flee, and only liers say they would flee and then do not.
What is sad is terrorists will blow themselves up for their beliefs, but "freedom" interested persons would rather flee than risk potential safety issues.

I've survived dem presidents before...even with them having dem congress and senate all at the same time. I'll just make sure I have a very aggressive tax guy (I have that anyway) so that I continue to keep as much of my earnings as possible.

If i make it thru my suicide attempt, ill be first in line for a sniper rifle. If im going to live in the US im not going to be like the illegals and run from my problems. There isnt another country w/ no border control that will give us free room and board as we do them, so we would be screwed if we ran.

Um, no. Why would you need to do that?
Where's that 98% stat from?! Are all democrats so different to all republicans that this sort of fact can be calculated like that?
