Do you get enough sleep? Are you depressed? Do you eat right and exercise? Your body's health has a huge effect on your sex drive.
If you want to "do it" in your head, you're more than halfway there.

You are too young to be feeling this way.
IMO, lack of desire is caused by two main things: you may be physically ill; or you might be depressed.
Remember, men and women think and act differently. Men's hormonal levels are pretty much the same all the time; but women have ups and downs that alter your feelings.
Another thing you need to do is be honest with yourself. If you are angry or feel hurt by something your husband has done, chances are you won't feel like having sex.( It's important for women to feel safe in a relationship; and if you don't, then no amount of meds or pills will help you.)
Unless you find out why you are feeling this way -and do something about it ASAP- chances are your relationship will suffer. Try to visit your doctor and have tests run. IF everything is OK physically, then it's time you go to therapy so you can deal with your issues. Good luck.

Are you stressed? Overworked? Depressed?
Also, are you on any medication? Certain medications (including many BC medications can kill your libido).
Talk to your doctor about it and they should be able to help you out. On the other end, start setting up some time alone--you and your husband--to have a date night where you leave everthing behind and have a good time. By slowly discovering and reconnecting again, it should help you a little and get you on your way.

Are you on birth control? That was my problem and I'm only 20! I had zero desire for sex. I think my husband was ready to kill me! I talked with my OBGYN about it and she said it could be my birth control pill.
So I quit taking it...sure enough that was is it, then my sex drive jumped up (it took about 3 months of being off the pill) and I'm pregnant now!

Let him try new things in the bedroom, if this gets to the next level- it WILL damage your relationship- and hurt him to the point where I once was- lost. Insecurity will come on, and once that starts...its only a matter of time...
BUT its not your fault and you have to try to fix it with this in mind girl...it happened to me, and after 4 years she left me.
Have him help you! Tell him!!!!!
It will all come together again if you just tell him.

It could be hormonal.
Have your Dr. check your Testosterone Level.
While women should have a lower amount than men,
women do still have a certain normal amount.
If your's is low, your sex drive will be low.

Maybe there's a physiological cause or maybe you're just responding to the stresses in your life. I would explore those two possiblities thoroughly instead of attempting to self-medicate. Good luck to you.
