My opponent already lost on time and now his not moving his pieces, How can I force him to lose this game?

1)Check if the game is rated.
2)Check your internet connection. Due to faulty connection, I had to disconnect, then reconnect to collect my points.
3)If it is NOT a timed game, wait 10 minutes from your last move. (If you're in Yahoo! chess, that is) After 10 minutes, you'll get a notice asking you if you want to Force Forfeit. Click 'Force Forfeit' and collect your points.
