Where's your dad, is a phrase that is a take off from the more familiar phrase,"who's your daddy" Where's your dad is usually spoken by a person, who does not have to be related to you, who says that , then points to themselves, indicating that they have just done something good for you.

You need to give some more background. Where and in what context do you see this?

There is "Who's your daddy?". It can be used as an insult to infer that someone is illegitimate or their mother sleeps around.
