Did you see Saw 4?

...yep, looks like LIONSGATE's gonna do yet another SAW; although I will probably fork over my hard-earned dollars for this one, too, I really have to admit that the SAW films are definitely getting somewhat stale; they're becoming very much like the mid-drift sequels in the 'Friday the 13th' series, whereby most folks who go to see the subsequent chapters, could care less about the story, and just go for the creative, elaborate and gruesomely designed deaths...

I'll be in the theater next Halloween when Saw 5 comes out. I also was there for all of the other Saw's as well.

As far as it getting stale, I can't really agree. I think the plots are still interesting and there are some good twists and turns in the storyline to keep you wondering what's coming next. I'll admit though they may need to break away from the deathtraps though and come up with something different. That may get stale if they put out a few more of these which from the rumor mill is their plan.

Lionsgate will continue releasing the series until people quit going to the theater to see them. As long as they stay inventive and creative and leave you guessing, I'll keep seeing them. I just wonder where the next movie will take us.

At the end of January Saw 4 will hit DVD and I'll go buy it since it will be in an uncensored version. I can't imagine what they cut out though because the theatrical release was very graphic, probably the bloodiest of the whole series thus far.

I haven't liked any of them since Saw 3, but I'll give 5 a shot. Can't really say I'm excited, though. Saw 2 was my favorite one so far, I love movies with huge twists at the end.
