Urine output is usually directly linked to fluid intake. If you drink 60 oz of fluids, you should expel at least 50 oz of it through urine.

If you think you have a problem however, then start monitoring (measuring) your intake and output then go to the doctor with your findings. Chances are you're just drinking more than you realize.

i just want to clarify something that most people don't know. Peeing frequently is not a sign of pregnancy. Pregnant women pee alot on the last cycle of the pregnancy as the baby and uterus are so big that it is crushing the bladder space, thus making the bladder smaller and sending signals that you need to pee.

I think the reason you are peeing alot is because you drink alot. Also, depending on what you drink, it might cause you to pee more, like coffee or tea.

Are you on any medications? Medications can cause this.

I probably urinate hourly, but I drink at least 8 16 ounce bottles of water daily. It flushes out toxins ..

I was on a medication a couple of years ago that allowed me to nearly have accidents. The "permission to pee muscle" was too relaxed. As soon as I stopped it the problems stopped.

I agree with keeping track of your intake and output. They should be close to the same amounts. Frequency can be an early sign of infection but usually accompanied by burning or pain on voiding. You can try drinking cranberry juice - it can get rid of any bacteria that are presently in your bladder. Have you cut back on your calorie intake or started exercising because when we lose weight we void more frequently and larger amounts too. If it doesn't resolve itself soon and you are concerned, please see your doctor.

I would go get that checked out because it could be an STD. If you can not hold your water for a long time then they may be the case.
