You should confront the problem head-on. Since you know why you feel guilty, you should attempt to rectify what you did wrong. If it's a matter of apologizing, apologize. Or do what you should have done that you didn't do. Things may not be set back to right, but you will at least get the guiltiness of your back and know you did the best you could do.

whatever you did wrong, the ONLY way you can get rid of it and feel so much better afterwards no matter how it turns out is to simply come forward with whatever you did and apologize sincerely for doing it. There are no other ways and I know it's hard but it's the only right thing to do.

This is what I would do to stop from feeling guilty. Do something good for someone (help an old lady cross the street, be friends with a lonesome person, clean around your neightborhood, etc). That always helps me.

well it depends on what you did really. for example if you did siad something to someone make it up to thm by going to them and saying sorry and sort thngs out. if you stole return the item and say youll work it off if you hurt someone say your sorry an help them out for the next week or so basicly what i am trying to get at is guilt wont fully go away until you fix it your self.
P.S. your avatar is hot

Go to confession.
Never mind if you're not Catholic (neither am I), but confession really is good for the soul.
You'll feel better, and you might get an idea how to make it right.

By being honest. And that would start with us. You can't tell us? Fine. Then stop wasting our time by looking for a quick-fix answer.

apologize for what you feel guilty about, and get it off your chest by telling someone why you feel this way. there is no real way to make it just disappear; sorry.
