You could have a urinary tract infecton or a renal problem. Either one require immediate medical treatment to clear it up. Best of luck!

As a student of Nutrition Dep. that is because you did not drink enough water as well as eat food that contain high % of water in it.
My recommend to you is drink more water as much as you can and try to avoid carbonated beverages.

i had this once also i had bubbles coming out to it was a whole in my bladder it actually healed up itself but you should go to the doc just incase

As it comes out in clumps, it might contain blood clots. In other words, you are having gross haematuria. Please see your doctor and send your urine to a medical laboratory.
