try to build up your confidence..train yourself.. try to speak just a little louder..practice. You need to believe what you are saying is the right answer and the best answer, even if its not. and if its not oh well your bad just laugh it off or something. Everybody gets nervous while speaking to other people, i know i do. You may have to step out of your comfort zone which is hard, but it will produce good results, believe me, i used to have the same problem and i would get anxiety too.

GOOD LUCK!!! :-)

Try not to use the word got. In this sentence, became would be better. Got is uneducated. I too become nervous sometimes and have improved my grammar.

To speak louder, breath from your stomach. This will also help with nervousness. You may be holding your breath or breathing shallowly when you are talking with people. Practice deep breathing and meditation like yoga.

Think positive thoughts. The negative thoughts make you nervous. Thinking positive means believing in yourself and if you make a mistake don't worry. Just correct it and move on. Don't think about the mistake over and over after it is solved.

You are what you believe you are. Enjoy learning how to be better. And say thank you with a smile. Practice believing in yourself.

Look for natural supplements for anxiety: http://www.healthyplace.com/communities/anxiety/treatment/alternative_treatment_3.asp. If that doesn't work you can take a doctor prescribed medication for anxiety.

If you believe in what you have to say then you will be able to talk loudly. Maybe before you speak think about what you ahve to say so you can be sure it's not wrong. And even if something is wrong in it. What's the worst that can happen. good luck!

I used to be so shy I could barely speak to people. I had to force myself to talk to people and to project my voice loud enough to be heard. It was really hard at first but after some time went by it became more comfortable.

Talk to yourself infront of a mirror. Talk clearly and audibly.
Try talking over an mp3 player while away from work.
Go to singing classes. This will really help you. (and is also great fun.)
