I apply in a circular andupwards motion. Sometimes I put a bit om my lips too - and the neck! I hate old ladies with a beautiful face but you can tell they never cared for their neck.

Only around the outline of my lips, then use Blistex on lips themselves. Most lotions taste aweful!

lip gloss and nude lipstick only on the lips - no lotion or moisterizer, and a scented lip balm is also a preference.

First when i brush my teeth I brush my lips to exfoliate - then wash and face lotion and then I keep chapstick in the medicine cabinet and put on when i got to bed. Kissable lips.

Never my lips. It tastes nasty. I apply my cherry or mint OR vanilla lip balm. I hate lip gloss or anything that shines on my lips. Balm is the best.

I don't apply it to my lips. I use something else and also I use something else under my eye lids as the tissue there is very delicate.

No, I use chap stick for my lips, not lotion.
