i dont want warcraft or world of warcraft or runescape or any other PC game that i have to pay for,
i am looking for a game just like harry potter but with a lot more spells?
please answer the question not what games are good and what you like?

There aren't any other games like Harry Potter on the PC to my knowledge. Most PC games of the magical persuasion tend to take the more serious/epic route rather than the whimsical and charming adventuretastic approach. Your search would yield more results on a console.
I guess Might and Magic is kind of similar.

myth is a robust pastime with magic, archery and melee wrestle and if u use ur journey factors nicely u would be employing magic alot to defeat enemies with a variety of diverse spells that do greater then in basic terms attacking.
