I got a really cool-looking portrait of myself on my 18th birthday – done by professional artists from http://www.paintyourlife.com
My sister secretly sent the photo to them and the finished product came directly to me by post – of course with a personalised message in there from my sister. Those guys are great! You could try them out too, next time.
