Are there any websites advising on applying to graduate schools in the US, for example league tables by subject, how to access funding etc. I'd like to do doctorate in International Law but I don't where to start looking.

My list so far is based on where the leading professors in the field are (based on journal articles, newspapers etc) but I can't help thinking there's a more central place to start.

I'm British and have an undergrad, LLM and have just finished law school all in the UK.

US News ranks law schools every year. While these rankings are for the JD degree, they will tell you which law schools in the US are the best. You obviously don't want a JD -- but you can look at the web sites for these schools to determine if they offer the program that interests you.

They also rank those that are best for International Law. They only list the top four on their web site (NYU, Columbia, Georgetown and Harvard). But if you pay them a small fee, you can get the entire list.

The link is below.
