Yes, I have worn my husbands on occasions when I hadn't done the washing so didn't have any of my own to wear. If it's comfortable, keeps wearing them there's nothing wrong with it.

I gotta tell ya, as a woman, the mens boxer briefs are the most comfortable pairs of undies that I've ever worn. The C9 at Target don't have the 'opening'. There is no 'bunching' at the inner-thigh that I had when I wore womens undies.

Well you can but I don't know why you would. They're not really different than what has been made for us. Try boy shorts they're pretty fantastic. Same basic concept.

Don't they have that unnecessary bit of fabric for bulges we don't have? I guess women *can* wear them, but I would assume ones made for women would be more comfortable.

Only if you want to be cute and wear his boxers/clothes to sleep in, other than that I think it may be a bit odd-looking ...unless you wear very baggy clothes.
