i live in the uk right now, but im from france. im 30 years old.

unfortunatly i have borderline personality disorder, ive had a traumatic life, cope with a difficult illness. unfortunatly i have a criminal record to and obviously a long mental health one.

i live in a one bedroomed flat on disability.

my long term aim or short term one is to move back to europe...but i want to choose carefully.

i did want to return back to france, but i know its change since i moved from there as in cultural diversity and other things.

i originally wanted to move outside europe, i.e canada or australia, but because of my record, it would be difficult to do.

i dont want to go anywhere in asia...so please dont suggest asia.

i hate what i see in the uk and what it has become with the hoodies and gangster mentality, and i really want to leave it...i have no desire to live around it..or the culture.

ie. the hip hop culture.
can anyone suggest anywhere & the how to get there, what i would have to do ?

i would like decent constructive, serious answers.

although i expect immature idiotic answers, but its worth it if i get one gem of an answer.

and no '' why dont you stay in the uk ''

because it is not an option, im not staying and do aim to leave.

Why not check out Lithuania? It has a centuries old culture that has not changed much since the 19th century. Not much crime and definatly not a criminal-underworld like atmosphere. Even after WWII was over this country went back to the way they were before the war. They are so determined to keep their culture and traditions the way that they are that not even the war could change their way of life.

Anywhere in the Scandinavian region is a dream for me. People there appear to me as "decent." They have club cultures and stuff but the further North you go, the simpler life gets IMO. Good luck. They also have good government policies but the 24-hour days / nights might get to your psychological health.
Why not Asia? You seem to offer explanations for other places that you don't want to go but none for Asia.
