No, too greasy. Besides, they are too cute to eat.

Duck is all dark meat. Some is darker than other, but by in large it is a very dark meat.

There are several different varieties of duck, some taste better than others.

I like it breasted out, sliced into 1.5 inch cubes, wrapped in bacon with jalapeno and cream cheese, skewered and cooked over mesquite.

Ummm not normally but I have tried it once. Not sure what color the meat was cause it was paired with this cornmeal-y stuff called polento (I think), partially shredded & in this sauce that I just refer to as super fancy BBQ sauce. lol. Most people claim it's too greasy but I didn't find this greasy at all....and it was pretty tasty too.

Duck is great. Anybody who finds it greasy has been to too many cheap restaurants. Or isn't very good at prepairing it themselves.
