Simple. Hormones and the fact that prego women are tired, stressed and most likely having back problems and possibly havent been able to eat anything for awhile due to "morning" sickness.
I was very mean the last month of pregnancy because I was SO uncomfortable due to back problems.

it's the hormones dear -
best thing to do is either leave home until after the main event
or keep a reeeeeeeeeeeal low profile (lower than a snake's gut in a wagon rut would be about right)

best thing I've found to do is to agree with the lady - if she's says the moon is blue AGREE! safer that way.
Good luck and Happy New Year all

We don't get mad...we get hormonal. There's a difference. When you have to live on a hormone rollercoaster you are not always in control of your own emotions or feelings. And just like the animals we are...we tend lash out when we lose control. It's not even that we think about it before we lash out...sometimes it just happens.

Hormones

Hormones. Plus they think that just because they have raging hormones its their free ticket to be bitches because they feel like it.

I never understood it. I wasnt ever like that when I was pregnant unless I was super hungry and didnt realize it. Thankfully my husband learned real quick to just leave food in my path and run away.

if you had raging hormone imbalances, high blood pressure, constant back ache, exhaustion, stretch marks, constipation, hemmorroids, acne your not allowed to treat with anything, you peed when you sneeze, and people liked to point out to you just how huge you are, well you might be a little cranky too.
Ah, the miracle of life.
I've decided that God made the last few weeks of pregnancy so miserable so that we don't care how bad labor hurts, we just want it out.

I would not say that pregnant women in general get mad. I would just say that some of us are emotional and irritable.

its our hormones that are totally out of whack. we dont just get mad, we get agitated, irritated, annoyed, cry, laugh, we go crazy sometimes too. its just everything all at once. one second i will be laughing and someone will do something out of the ordinary and i will start crying or get really mad and leave. i dont know what it is exactly but we are definatly very emotional.

Same reason women get cranky when they get their period. HORMONES. Also, it is not very comfortable being pregnant. You feel crampy, your getting bigger, your body aches, your sick, and your stressed because your going to be responsible for another human beings life. It's a lot to handle.

Harmones, plus all the discomfort associated with carrying the baby every second of the day can be quite overwhelming. It is good to vent it out.
