why does my wirless router say "Router not supported"

im a pro i went through this before you must take out the router connection and wait 10 secs and return

You wanna cough up some more detail. I, for one, don't read minds nor have a crystal ball with which to ascertain the type of router you have, nor what you were doing when you got that message.

Where do you see this error message?
What are yo doing when you see it?
What kind of broadband connection do you have?
what model/manufacturer is your modem?
Who is your ISP?
