I assume that when my teacher said research Geometry around the world, she means how do people around the world. The only think I can think of are pyramids. I need a lot more. x.x

...oh wait
think great wall of china is rectangular prizm, tower of pisa is a cylinder, space needle likewise...
just think of major landmarks in the world and classify them :)

anythign with a triangle in it eiffel tower.

woah there's a sphere whats that golf ball lookign thing at disney?
the syndey opera house- one of the most famous engineering projects of the 20th century,
roamn arches are very mathematical- did u know they really didnt use a formula but use more like trial and error- aquaducts built by romans
stonehenge alignment wiht the sun.
the tiling on the Taj mahal...

everything that is build is used geometry in it EVERYTHING
Houses, pyramids, street signals, balls, soccer fields, football fields....,Fountains, bricks.....

The ancient Muslims used lots of geometry in the decoration of their buildings. Look up stuff about them.

ex of similarity : our photographs
Ex of shapes : tyres (circular),Bed-table-bench (rectangular)
photo frame-boxes (square) and many more

Ex of lines : roads(straight line), railway tracks (parallel lines)

Ex of planes : walls, ceiling, floor

Theorems and proofs : The world is round .
