I changed 2 of them recently.I was surprised at how easy it was to do compared with other cars.Take off the trim panel then unbolt the sheet metal access cover.Undo the bolts holding the motor to the regulator and slip it out, disconnecting the wiring plug at some point.Nothing will go flying or break.I found the inside of the motors were corroded somewhat and with some TLC they work again.

Be extremely careful if you do it yourself....the regulator is under very high spring tension when removing the motor and can easily clip off a few fingers if you don't clamp it or keep it from rotating.
Pickup a service/repair manual like Chilton or Haynes from a local parts store...run about 25.00.

your going to need a spine tool to get the motor out if you have the money I would have a shop do it.. Don't go to the dealer they charge a fortune
