The simple answer to your question is that the average length of a mature male is 6.2 inches . So at only 14 you are already longer than the average adult which means in all probability you will be on of the "big boys" when you reach 17 /18 . The girth will also increase a fair bit too
The only things you need to concern yourself with is that the actions your penis is designed for work ok . i.e you can pee without discomfort , you can achieve and sustain an erection to orgasm and ejaculate . If all of those are ok then you should just get on with enjoying your teen life
As for your parents checking your Internet access , I can see why they do that in these days when there are so many bad people out there , but they should also realise that you are at an age where there are lots of unanswered questions and if they are not prepared to answer them they should allow you to have some freedom in looking for the answers in books or the Inter net
