Tiger, cougar, panther, etc... I just like cats in general, and big cats are really cool.
Specific reasons:
They're one of the greatest predators on the planet
You don't see them unless they _want_ you to see them
They are powerful & graceful

I adore dogs but aside from them I am fascinated by tigers, so beautiful and mysterious. I am also very fond of the elephant, an intelligent and social creature with families and caring mothers.

Deers. They are so lovely, cute and gentle. There used to be a deer family appearing from the forest behind my house. Mother, father and 2 little ones.They are very dear to humans and are not afraid of them.

My favorite animal is the (this is real original) bald eagle. Not only is it a symbol for our great nation, but it is truly majestic looking creature, and pretty impressive hunter (when it isn't scavenging)

A bunny. They don't bark and yes, they can be trained. So they don't have the independent characteristic such as that of a cat. And yes, they are quite affectionate also.
