Both.

BOTH, weather it will happen or not who knows. I am married myself and I think that my husband is the laziest man on earth. But he was raised by elderly parents and they thought that it was the women's job to rear the kids and clean the house.. But my dad always helped my mom. I have even tried to just let the house go just to see if he would pitch in. It didn't work. WE have 4 kids so you could imagine how the house ended up looking. I read in a magazine that if you write down every thing that you do in a day
and let him read it. he is more likely to pitch in because men normally don't hear you has needing help they her NAG NAG NAG. So when they see it written down it makes more of an impact. I am going to try it, you should too. Also let him know that If he helps out you will have the energy to spend more quality time with him. You wont be so tired and cranky if you had the help. I don't think they understand that part.
