go to your local library..check out the chiltons manual for your car, you can learn alot by reading that book. local auto parts store will have it for sale for around $20,<---this will be a priceless investment in the long run. trust me.

ps. consider changing the air filter, and doing some other preventitive maintainance while ur changing the oil.

Before you do anything, did you get the right oil and oil filter ?where did you find out this information?Did you get your conventional 10w 30 or your Dot 3 ?I would have a friend help you with it first since you never done it or do some homework it doesnt matter what kind of car it is they are, changed the same way.Drain the oil by taking out a screw on the oil pan let it drain unscrew the oil filer, make sure the old gasket is off on your new filter rub some motor oil around the rubber gasket then tighten it on hand tighten the filter and pour in you correct motor oil....its good to let the car run for a few minutes to let the oil warm up and circulate but when you take off the filter it will be warm

Take the drain plug out and drain oil into a deep receptacle. Take the old oil filter off and toss it. Take the new oil filter.Put a little grease on the rubber seal, screw it on hand tight. Put drain plug back on. Put the oil in.

Find a mechanic to drain the oil, change the filter and put the new oil in the right hole!
