I am married to a man that is 12 years older than me and we've been together for 10 years. (ages 34 and 46) I am his 3rd wife. We have a 4 year old together. I can admit that we love each other, but there are times when I don't think that we are fully compatible because of the age difference. We don't share the same interests or goals and I get quite bored with him because he is so predictable. Another big factor is that there is no communication there. I think that we just "settled" for one another and decided to just make it work because we've been together for so long. It can work, but just make sure you are getting everything that you want in that person that you are looking for and are not just "settling".

my friend married a guy 23 years younger than her. she loves that man to death, and she loves her. The biggest problem that face was when she started to get old and he had to change her diapers... JK. No, really, if your in love, and willing to work things out, ittl work. Hands down.
