I like the strolls down memory lane! It jogs my memory and I remember things that happened that I had forgotten. It's funny to read people's posts that coincide with your own. For some reason I find comfort in reading people's perils that I thought I only suffered. Like being poor and having to scrimp and save!! I also like the peace makers!

We all seem to be on the same page. It's nice for a change. Comradierie, age appropriate questions and answers, compassion, all the stuff that make me think there are people like me and we are not all alone out here with real life experiences and streets smarts willing to share with those that ask. Much is offered as well as received. Bless them all.

to see who has a sense of humor and who's wearing 'stuffed shirts'. Also, saving gas...I can't remember the last time I put fuel in my car...maybe Thanksgiving and the tank is still full ! I've actually worked at eating the freezer down. Normally I just fill it up and only defrost things when I know people are coming over. Talk about addicting...I haven't made it to the bank to deposit checks that have been laying around for a two weeks ...I will get out today, my last bottle of liquor is almost empty.

I just love reading others opinions, and sharing our life experiences. Its like having dinner with a large number of really interesting people. Coming from a country on the other side of the world from the majority of contributors, I enjoy hearing about various aspects of life from a different view point. It makes very interesting reading, and it also makes me realise that, despite living in a different society, we're all brothers and sisters beneath the skin. YA Seniors often "just makes my day" !

Back in day, we used to get together for coffee or gossip over the fence. That doesn't happen anymore Seniors site is rather like that. Intelligent people, good jokes, appropriate questions and answers.

I just answered a similar question asked by snoot.
I was looking for more people in the above age group on Yahoo and found it here on Seniors. We are a congenial group with interesting questions and answers. I have found
caring, intelligent people on this site.

I love the answers I get when I ask questions. I tend to ask serious questions and when they're answered, I get thoughtful, wise answers instead of curt, one liners.
I also enjoy reading other's answers. There is so much experience in this forum and the majority of people seem to be kind, caring, people.

Everyone has given such good answers here.

I love the wisdom of the ages, and the humor that goes with. God knows we have had to learn how to laugh or we would go crazy. It's just a nice place to visit!

Mr. Ed.. I love your answer!
