I just have a ton of contractions all the time, I am always physically exhausted, and for the past 2 days I feel nauseated. I just have this terrible fear of my water breaking while working, at the grocery store, walking, etc.

Don't do anything too strenuous or that you don't feel comfortable doing. Take it easy you are almost there.

Take it easy. If you're constantly exhausted you're not resting often enough, and probably not drinking enough water. Contractions early on are caused by dehydration. Your body is a furnace when pregnant and it takes up to three times more water to regulate its temperature. Just like any other time you get dehydrated you'll get muscle fatigue and cramps. Thus contractions.

Take it easy, drink water.

Avoid heavy lifting, strenuous activities, and anything that feels wrong to you. Try to rest as much as possible and take it easy when you are shopping and stuff.

Avoid heavy lifting, if you are having contractions, then talk to your Dr. about putting you on early maternity leave. You need to try and stay off your feet as much as possible.
