Cleaning products won't harm you. I'm not sure about roach spray, but it's probably okay too. Just make sure to open some windows next time.

About the roaches, spraying them only makes them stronger. You need to make sure there's no water sitting in your house (besides the toilet). No leaky faucets, water sitting in the sink etc. Make sure you wipe up all crumbs of food. They cannot survive without food and water. Also, try boric acid. Put it along the floorboards and counter tops, but make sure you only put it where your 2 year old won't be able to touch it because it is VERY poisonous. Once it warms up, I suggest moving EVERYTHING out of your apartment and putting it into storage for about a week. Stay at family or friends for that week. If you can afford it, I would even get rid of all your furniture (couches and beds) and get new ones cause furniture holds all kinds of crumbs for them to live off of.

I know it sounds extreme, but I had a bad roach problem, and that was how we were able to get rid of them.

Good luck!

YOu're not supposed to be in the house when you spray for roaches.

yes it can effect your baby, and your 2 year old.

Open your windows and air it out, and have mom come wipe down the surfaces so you're not in contact with the chemicals.

You should spray your entire house then leave for a couple days. There are so many chemicals in that junk that it could effect that little life growing in your belly.

This summer I sprayed pesticides in the backyard...I stayed completely out of the area for 3 days till it had all cleared.
