Basically, the judge just wanted to know if you had anything to add to what had already come out in court. If the fact that your ex doesn't see the kids and has been irregular on payments had not yet been discussed, that would have been the time to bring those issues up. If those issues and already been brought out in the course of the hearing, just say, "no sir/ma'am, I believe everything has been covered."

A child is a open book and yet there also in an innate thought of the life we all live. Love is the best solution to the wellfare of a child and kind and compasionate care, also wisdom must be given is the child being taught the right lessons and are they being influenced in a unhealthy way to much, these are all questions to ask of ones self when making a choice in regards to something that can affect everyones life around that child as everyone is special in there own ways as god above knows we all should as well, the care and love we all need and it is together the truth is best well served.
I know you will make the right choices in the best interests of the child as you shown care and compassion for the well being of the child as well as the basic truth of honesty of the way child is being raised.

the truth never hurts.dont be a bitter person and lie.if the guy is worth a crap he needs to be in your childs life no matter what your opinion is of him.dont use your child to hurt him.thats so trailer park i cant stand it.try to think clearly but dont give in either.dont fall for the 'i dont make that much money' crap either.he also cant just come and go as he pleases.use the courts.document everything or have a witness.

How about asking to have his wages garnished so that you are guaranteed child support...who cares if he sees the kid...that's his issue and will be kicking himself in the butt when he realizes his kid won't want to have anything to do with him. C'mon.....stand up for yourself and your kid.

Tell them what you need. You need money and consistency before he will be an asset to your family. Without that, you can't give him any access.
