Book "The Bus."
I recently heard about "The Bustonian" and it sounds like it would be a good, safe way for your daughter and friends to celebrate.
From their website: . Established in 2003 by childhood friends Matt Robitaille and Brian Napoleon, The Bustonian began with one converted school bus and currently operates a fleet of five unique buses including The Bustonian, The Mighty Bustonian, The Miss Bustonian, The Mr Bustonian and "The 80's Bustonian". Featuring internal lightshows, state-of-the-art sound systems, plenty of room for dancing and even a dance pole, the ride IS the party. The Bustonian has established great relationships with the top bars and nightclubs in Boston, so passengers can enjoy benefits of VIP treatment like no cover charges or long lines.

I'm not sure of the scene your daughter is in to, but I would do a nice dinner somewhere really hip and fun.
If you want to spend some serious money- try Mistral,Grill 23 or The Ivy. Both very hip with a bar area and dining area.
If you don't want to spend too much, but still want somewhere cool, try Sonsie's, The Palm,Haru, Stephanie's, or Clink.
If she is totally into the bar scene completely, try Dillon's (bar but so much fun and nice dining areas and great food).
After dinner, depending where you take them, you could just go to any bar in Fanuel Hall (Sanctuary, McFaddens, Revolution Roc Bar ** very fun!)
For the club scene: Saint, District, Mantra
Lounge Scene: Alibi, Clink, City Bar
I would start the night out somewhere for Pre Dinner drinks, dinner and then out on the town.
Have fun!

Jillian's. They have a nightclub on the lower level, Tequila Rain, which plays music that you and your daughter and her friends will all enjoy.

I think you don't come with them. This night your daughter can get crazy. Leave her and her friends alone. She needs this. Trust from a women.
