Same as a summer meal, oh wait, fresh venison heart is something you can only get in the fall and that is my all time favorite.

Beef Stew:
*Cubed sirloin
*Cubed yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes (not yams, they tend to mush up ...)
*Carrots
*Spices
**Garlic
**Salt/pepper
**Sage
**Marjoram
Toss it all in a cast iron pot and sautee it until the potatoes soften up a bit.
Add the better part of a bottle of Beujole wine.
Let simmer at a low heat for awhile.
Got for a run/hike/motorcycle ride.
Come back cold, tired, hungry, and EAT UP!
Have A Nice Week!

Chicken. I live by myself and I make enough chicken at once that I can have several meals (refrigerate the leftovers) and also make some chicken soup after.

I like a big bowl of cream of mushroom soup followed by a grilled cheese sandwich with a cup of warm apple cider.

Sombrero Pie! It's sausage and ground beef with corn and taco seasoning. Topped with a cornmeal crust it it delish! And it warms you up on a cold night. :)
