My brother received this game for Christmas, and I played it the other day... Overall, it's not a bad game, but I think you should rent it before buying. Here, I'll list my personal pros and cons for you.

Pros- Mario and Sonic characters in the same game, events can be fun and even be a workout, really cool graphics, lots of events, some fun minigames, fun multiplayer game, good replay value

Cons- Wi-Fi leaderboards take a while to load, playing too much in a day can give you sore muscles the next day, the game is overall pretty easy to beat, some events are very similar in controls, some controls can be challenging

Another flaw I may point out is that the game lacks a lefty mode as far as I know. I'm a lefty and it is hard for me to play table tennis, which is a really fun event otherwise. Just thought I'd point this out, as it can be pretty frustrating.

Well, I'd suggest renting before buying just to see if the game is right for you. It'll save you lots of money if you decide that you don't want it. Hope this helps!

I heard it's not that great I would suggest getting Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles it's a cool game my best friend got it for me for Christmas and if you want a Mario game I would go for Mario Galaxy or super galaxy I think it's called.

it is just like the old game of track and field with the little pad where you run and do the long jumo and the javelin throw...it is cool and fun but you can always use it to make your library more respectable, i would go with paper mario or mario galaxy though

Seems too superficial for my tastes, it's basically just another collection of gimmicky mini games.
