What's the most powerful cordless handheld vacuum?

I'm trying to get a handheld vacuum and was wonder if anyone know of a good one? The last one I had was such a disappointment since the power were so weak. Now I want one that is powerful and i guess would be good if it's save energy -.-' since everything now is about "saving energy" anyway. Thanks in advance !

My mom has the shark, it's pretty strong for a cordless.
