There is a slight link between male ejaculation and eyesight, but its so remote its practically never been heard of. Apparently the production of sperm requires something that your eyes use to. So if you were masterbating all the time (and who isnt these days :) ) then you might deprive your eyes of necessary vitamin/chemical and if that were to be prolonged, like months and months then it is still only remotely possible.
But this is for the male, no records exist of a connection between female masterbation and blindness.

The fittest best looking woman I know (46 year old) has been masterbating since her early teens at least twice daily. She says it hasn;t caused her any harm just years of pleasure.
