It's a building, so it's no more liberal than the Sears Tower. It's a nice piece of architecture though, and be sure to check out the hats way up in the ceiling (of all the previous Cardinals)

No it is not. You used a capital L in your term so I must assume you are referring to the Liberal Party of Canada rather than the liberal philosophy of impoverishing everybody. Use a small l to distinguish between philosophy and political parties and you will get your word out better.
