I've had enough turkey and stuffing in the past few days to last me a year!! I seriously can't look at the stuff without feeling sick...

And that could be said for another 50 million households or so here in the uk................ give it to your cat/dog offer it to your local hospices and homes for the elderly and infirm make it into soup and freeze it but please dont offer me any more turkey mince pies plum pud or christmas cake.
As every year I think far too much time and effort is spent on the food, which is gone almost imediately apart from the ubiquitous turkey which hangs around sometimes for nearly a month. Ugh if I get the opportunity I will go away for christmas next year and let the cruise/hotel staff look after all that stuff. Its the trimmings that push it over the top next year If I'm at home I will settle for a plain ham and cheese sandwich thankyou very much.

I would love one! We had ravioli and meatballs for Christmas at my house and my boyfriend's family had ham. My favorite is to have the turkey and stuffing on some good, thick, soft bread w/Miracle Whip, topped with some of the good 'ol canned cranberry sauce--smooshed all together! YUM!!!

You bet. I had Christmas with my crazy Cajun inlaws ,so we had gumbo. Great stuff, that gumbo... but I'd love some stuffing! Be right over.

I don't accept sandwiches from a lady who broke a big bottle of Raki... It still hurts when I think about it!

Yes that would be nice. I had steak for Christmas Dinner so a turkey, with stuffing and cranberry sauce would be nice. Thanks.

I don't understand the turkey deal. The meat is dry and doesn't even taste good. Ham, steak, chicken. those are my holiday meats
