Nope, the first nuclear weapons ever manufactured were manufactured by the United States of America. The first atomic bomb was detonated on July 16, 1945 at Trinity - part of what is now the White Sands Missile Range. The first and only nuclear weapons used in war were dropped on August 6th and 9th, 1945 on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan.
Now, reading a little more into your question, I'm wondering if you are talking about a situation where a nuclear war wiped out all civilization - either human or something that came before us. I've wondered that myself and wondered what evidence would be left.
We can be pretty sure that hasn't happened because of the types of radioactive materials we find on the earth. There are certain radioactive materials that aren't found in nature, but would be left behind if there was a nuclear war in the past. We don't find any of those radioactive materials on the earth, so it's exceptionally unlikely there were ever atomic weapons on Earth before 1945.
Now, one thing that is very interesting is that there WAS at least one working nuclear reactor on earth long before humans. It was caused by a dense deposit of uranium ore that acted as a natural nuclear reactor. This happened about 2 billion years ago in Oklo, Gabon. Then again, there are plenty of working natural fusion reactors too - they are called stars.

I assume by "nuclear war", you mean two countries at war and at least one of them using a nuclear fission or fusion device against the other, and that by "indication" you refer to the telltale residual radioactive fallout that would have resulted from those nuclear devices.
The answer is no.

No. Nuclear warfare happened only one time which was one time too many. Further use of such weapons would lead to the destruction of the Earth.

Negative...the first nuclear weapon was not built until 1941 and was tested in 1945 (Manhattan Project).

No of course not. The Antlanteans were very careful to cover the evidence.
